Everything feels… numb.
Food seems to have lost its taste as you sluggishly force-feed yourself.
Really, everything you once enjoyed feels that way. Nothing brings pleasure the way it used to.

But eventually, reality smashes you in the face. The dread, the despair, the misery… they all come crashing down in a violent shockwave.

It may seem silly or simplistic, but you need to get your body moving. Yes, that means literally getting your body up and moving – including in our sessions!
Your body is inextricably connected to your mental state, so we’ll work together to give your mind and body the energy they need for healthier functioning.
If you try it and lean into the process, you’ll experience true joy and pleasure again!
