Well… clearly, we are.

But for many of us, anger is the only emotion we’ve been allowed to express.

Other emotions like sadness and anxiety? They’re still there…

But we have gotten really good at hiding them – sometimes even from ourselves.

Staying fit…

Caring for those around you…

Life is demanding, and you’re feeling overwhelmed. And you push that feeling down – day after day.

But now, you feel it creeping back up, and you don’t know what to do with it.

Being vulnerable leaves you… vulnerable!

So, you’re never vulnerable… even when you feel isolated, uncared for, or alone.

You need to be understood; it just feels so unsafe to share with others openly.

If only it were safe and acceptable to talk about how YOU are doing!
